My friends and I had a sweet dinner party to catch up last night. We made homemade udon with cabbage, shittake mushrooms, scallions, and Japanese fish cakes - Yum. We very loosely followed this recipe.
I still haven't uploaded all the pictures from Mexico.. and it's already been a week!
This "polar vortex" is killing my productivity (well, it didn't stand much of a chance anyway).. and I'm just going to stay in bed.
